First of 2 apartments buildings opens at large mixed-use development
A new apartment building has opened in Lebanon County. North Cornwall Commons Apartments opened last month at 410 Springwood Drive in North Cornwall Township. The developer, Byler Holdings held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday to celebrate the completion of the first two apartment buildings. The building consists of five stories and includes a total of 110 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, each of which includes a balcony and a washer and dryer.
What's coming to the North Cornwall Commons in Lebanon County?
Isaac’s Brewhouse will open its first location in the county at the Commons sometime between Nov. 1 and Jan. 31, according to Lebtown. The 4,300-square-foot restaurant will join Ancestor Coffeehouse & Creperie and Premier Nails Salon at 119 Springwood Drive. Isaac’s has 13 locations in Lancaster, York, Cumberland and Berks counties, including sites in Ephrata, Lititz and Lancaster city.

Isaac’s Brewhouse will join a mix of businesses at North Cornwall Commons, including Ancestor Coffeehouse & Creperie and Premier Nails, in a building at 119 Springwood Drive in Lebanon.
Mike Weaver, Isaac’s president & CEO, said the 4,300-square-foot restaurant will be the first Isaac’s in Lebanon County. Plans for the restaurant are still being finalized, so he could not provide details about seating capacity, but he did indicate that it will have an outdoor dining area.
Mick's All-American Pub will offer lots of menu options this fall in Lebanon
Mick's All American Pub is set to bring a plethora of menu options under one roof in Lebanon come the early fall after successes in three central PA locations situated in Lancaster County.
"Lebanon clicks all the check boxes," said Mick Owens, owner of the chain. "It's a pretty natural progression." The restaurant, located at 105 Springwood Drive, is projected to open in September or October.
Work on restaurant, apartments in North Cornwall Commons begins
Phase 1 includes the townhomes, known as Trail Side Townhomes since the development adjoins the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. An entrance to the rail trail is located near the complex’s community center, and walking paths are planned throughout the entire development. According to the project’s website, about 118 of the 170 townhomes have been constructed or are under construction. “They’re selling really well,” said Jonathan Byler, owner of Byler Holdings, the company behind the development.

The foundation for the first of two 110-unit apartment buildings was laid this week as part of the ongoing construction of the North Cornwall Commons in Lebanon.
Two-thirds of the apartments - 77 - will be one-bedroom units, while 33 of them will be 2-bedroom units, said Michael Swank, director of operations for real estate at Byler Holdings, the developer.

North Cornwall Commons, the mixed use development across from the fair grounds, is set to welcome its next major tenant: Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites.
The 90-room, 4-story hotel will be operated by Shaner Hotel Group, a State College-based hotel management company with 51 hotels total, and 13 in Pennsylvania, according to a new release. Within Pennsylvania, Shaner exclusively operates hotels in the Marriott family of brands.
New Rails to Trails entrance opened at North Cornwall Commons - LebTown
A new entrance to the Lebanon Valley Rails to Trails network is now open for business at North Cornwall Commons.
The entrance opens onto the Kenneth Homes development known as Trail Side, where townhomes are being sold starting just under $170k. According to the developer’s website, more than 29 of these units have already been sold.
Ancestor Coffeehouse & Creperie to open in May at North Cornwall Commons - LebTown

On a slightly overcast Thursday morning, the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites at mixed-use development North Cornwall Commons was ceremoniously christened during a groundbreaking exercise with local dignitaries.
The project, which technically began in 2017, is the “next logical step” in the commercial development of North Cornwall Commons, according to Jonathan Byler, the president and CEO of Byler Holdings.

Developer Arthur Campbell believes the future growth of retail space in Lebanon County looks bright.
Campbell, president and owner of Cumberland County-based Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc., says this for one reason.
“It’s simple math,” Campbell said during a telephone interview with LebTown. “The advantage we have in Central PA, unlike a lot of other areas of the state, is that we are increasing population. You can check this, but I believe Cumberland County is the fastest growing county in the state and Lebanon is also seeing population growth.”

The recreation building is composed of an outdoor swimming pool accessible for any residing member of the North Cornwall Commons. The inside is home to a gym for residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle. There is also a large community room that can be used by tenants for various different social neighborhood events.
Cornwall Lebanon School District buys Farmland
The acres of farmland that is housed next to Cedar Crest High School was just bought by the Cornwall Lebanon School District. The Cornwall Lebanon School District is looking forward to the benifts of acquiring this land and the fututre of the students are in mind with this purchase.

Townhouses to be built soon

A Lancaster-based home builder has secured permits for the first townhouses to be built at North Cornwall Commons. Kenneth Homes, 320 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, has building permits for the first 12 townhouses of the 162 residential units planned to be built on the site near the intersection of Rocherty and Cornwall roads, according to North Cornwall Township Manager Tom Long.
N. Cornwall intersection now underway

The intersection at Route 72 and Rocherty Road will be the subject of a $4,7 million improvement project including enlarging and restructuring the intersection to provide for turn lanes and an upgrade to the traffic signal system, according to a news release issued by PennDOT. The project will also include milling and resurfacing of the roadway, new highway signs and pavement markings, curbing, guide rail, inlets, pipes and stormwater management facilities.
